The razai
A razai is a quilt, and the piece we lead with.

Razai is the word for a quilt in Jaipur.
If you have not met it before, that is all it means, and it goes on the bed as any quilt does. We use the word throughout, because it is the name the piece goes by in the city where it is made.
Ours are cotton, and made in Jaipur.
Every Malhara razai is made of cotton, by artisans in Jaipur. Both are true of every one.
Anything more belongs to the individual piece, such as its size. You will find it on that piece's own listing, and only where we can show it to be true.
They live at Malhara House.
Malhara House is our family home in Jhotwara, Jaipur, and it is opened for photography. Our razais are used there.
That is where we mean to show them to you, in a real home and not on a studio set.
What they cost.
Our razais are priced between £50 and £100. We do not set out to be the cheapest, and the price of each piece is on its listing.
